One of our day workers who was in U.S. for many years and received their driver’s liscense here in U.S. returned to their home country. Their U.S. driver’s license was not recognized and they had to take the whole driving course and lessons which are more stringent there.
In short many driver’s and pedestrians here in U.S. do as if they are the only ones out on the road!
