If I understand correctly, your other point is that you can’t prove Maamid Har Sinai unless you already believe in it. True, that once you believe the Torah you don’t have to prove every detail in it. But, perhaps there is a proof to Maamid Har Sinai that doesn’t draw on other Emunos. That will be a proof to the Amitus Hatorah.
