give her some slack – she doesn’t mean horrible as in tragic, she means it was horrible as in two unpleasant incidents. When somebody says ugh that coffee was awful, it ruined my day – it is just a manner of speaking. Sorry about your dress and your ankle, i hope they clean and heal well.
