Where does one draw the line? If someone davens in a minyan factory with 12 simultaneous minyanim and one has a bris, do they all skip tachnun? If there is a bris at the kosel, do all minyanim at the kosel skip tachnun? Only the simultaneous minyanim? What about the minyanim up to pusukei dzimra when the bris is taking place?
