I never heard of Argo before, and wasn’t aware that you were talking about a restaurant. I just took a quick look on their website and discovered a location minutes from my office. It seems to be a Starbucks type place specializing in tea. They also have coffee and treif food. Thus, they have the same kashrut concerns as Starbucks. If they use the same dishwasher for their “Mate Tea Poached Turkey,” as they have for their tea implements, you may have a problem. Ask your LOR.
