i would by only 1 and i do the same with Chinese auctions. If Hashem wants you to win it will not make a difference between 1 and 5. I personally saw someone put in around 30 tickets into something and we all thought she would win but obviously Hashem had other plans and someone who put in only 1 won. So you see it doesnt help to put in more, my humble opinion
