Yes Soliek the concession IS open on Shabbos.
Also, to popa_bar_abba, you can’t compare a pizza store to big manufacturers who get deliveris by tanker trucks and tractor trailers – and are not retail. As far as other retail stores that are open on Shabbos, if you are Ok with that – fine, just let people have the information to decide on their own.
