the first thoughts when you have a panic attack is usually “i can’t breathe” so getting into a good breathing pattern and concentrating on your breathing is a good way to STOP the panic attack in its tracks. It is also a good idea to take a walk around the block and get some fresh air. Walk into another room and speak to someone so your not alone and you get your mind off whatever was triggering you.
