Pagi is a little more complicated. the easiest way is to go through Mishmar HaGvul, through Mevo Har Shefer (the second one) follow it around the corner, cross the parking lot to the staircase opposite and go up there, make a U turn and you’ll be facing Pagi (upstairs) where the arches are.
