I agree with the op’s position that you should always follow the laws of the land no matter where you are, but seriously you were probably already on the phone while “preparing” your headset you did something wrong and got nabbed next time don’t break the rules.
They are not preying they are doing their job protecting the lawful folks from law breakers like yourself.
