Theres not one solution because every “bully” has a different reason for doing this. If this is for your child or someone school aged, ill assume that because he chooses to express himself over the internet instead of in person to the kid hes bullying shows that he has some fear about what hes doing. Once you point out who the bully is, you should show your childs principal the evidence and everything he needs to reprimand the bully. Im sure the school will be helpful in stopping this.
