You do realize that you have two cases of negligence on your hands. I don’t know if you want to sue the first guys who missed your original diagnosis but you can. But in the second case, you definitely should. You could probably make millions. I’m not a lawyer, but I can’t stand incompetece that makes the rest of us look bad. Also, don’t go back to the doctor and hospital whom was so negligent in your care.
