I was wondering what to take away from this miscarriage of justice.
I was thinking that perhaps the lesson is to stay home all day because being in contact with people may lead to them to sue you.
and they’ll be believed because, you see, I’m weird, part of an extreme cult, so I must be guilty.
or,
that because “it is inconceivable that this was allowed” I really am guilty, so even if I stay home, I may somehow be convicted based on that alone.
or, as “The Therapist” points out, the lesson is…that? be careful out there. because not being “careful” can lead to 100 years in prison.
