North Korea is probably the worst government in the world. In less closed societies with bad governments, we should support efforts to improve things. But in NK, no NGOs operate there, because the country is controlled in such a totalitarian way. So we can’t donate. All we can do is pray that Hashem removes these wicked rulers. We “should constantly pray for mercy and blessing for the world just as the Supernal Father has mercy on all His creatures.” (Tomer Devorah.)
