Popa, at any time they could put a toll plaza on the re-entry ramp. Of course, I’m talking about stopping us from taking the two minute detour that just skips the toll. You’re right that you could bypass the entire road, either by slow roads or on rt. 40 (which is a slow road too), but that is not worth it.
