I believe the OP is referring to illegal parking marks on the sidewalk just for the purpose of parking on the street – not in the (fake) driveway. Why the shout? Because for the rest of us who don’t own such an illegal privilege, parking in the Boro of NO Park can be a literal nightmare. One can run out of gas searching for a parking spot within a mile radius of one’s home.
