Ruvain wants to call Shimon to Din Torah, but in to order to insure that he gets his choice of Bais Din, he sends shimon a summons to ?????? knowing Shimon will call him to Din Torah for going to ?????? which makes him the Nitva giving him the right to choose the Bais Din.
