You are confusing halacha with chumra and I object to people bending halacha to fit their chumra lifestyle. Gobrochts is a perfect example. It’s a chumra. Howeve I’ve been accused of kulas shopping because I eat gebrocht .I’ve no objection to chumras unless, like gebrocht, you try to impose it on others as if the chumra was halacha
