Tonight I was somewhere using a groupon, and they tried to not give me everything I was entitled to. I don’t want to give specific details.

So I insisted, and they brought the manager. And I insisted again, and she wasn’t happy at me. Then she finally said that I’m wrong, but if I really really insist, then they’ll give it to me.

So I smiled broadly and genuinely said, “thank you so much!”
