Reply To: Kosher phones and seminary

I hear, but some girls who in general sneak blackberries, or other nonkosher phones into their bais yaakov seminaries have extenuating circumstances. I was accepted to a bais yaakov seminary for shana bet, and if I would have ended up making plans to go, I would find it very difficult to adapt to having a kosher phone. I am not saying I would sneak my galaxy in just because of that, but at the same time, a different girl in my position might want to have a kosher phone, and a smart phone.
