I agree that we need to turn bad in to kodesh. However, the yetzer hara is so great that many who have set out on the internet to “turn bad in to good” have been overpowered by the yetzer hara and have fallen straight in to bad.
All I am saying is to protect yourself. I need to use the internet for college and stuff, so I do, but I have a strict filter that only allows me on certain things.
Believe me, I come from a great home, with yiddishkeit and support etc, and I still do not trust myself with a open internet. I have fallen before I installed this filter, and I never, ever want to fall like that again.
