I don’t know that there is actual evidence that he was being beaten down, that he was able to warn the perpetrator with gun, or his only option was to shoot to kill, or he could have shot at the leg.
Anything is possible. I feel sad that there doesn’t seem to be such evidence, and the decision will be made based on interpretations from a girlfriend and so on.
I would want justice to be correct but from the little i have heard,
I am not seeing it.
At issue I guess is the level of negligence on his part.
Like, why was he involved in this endeavour in the first place in general and particularly, the following of this lad, when, if he had suspicions of him, he should have called the police and gone home to sleep. This is what I would have done.
I am in fact in the retail job and often there are incidents with customers, at times the police are called when you are dealing with unruly or drunk people as has happened in my times behind the counter several times.
But this probably scares alot of people who beleive strongly in gun rights and having and using it also something aside from being in the IDF i dont have exp. with in civilains times.
But people who live in bad areas, I feel that they should have a gun for protection, just that I have never felt the need.
