You might as well try to find out their number and ask them. But since it’s torah I would guess that neither of the organizations would object if you do the free hour with both.
Also if you are interested in torah study you should try to contact a local synagog/kollel and see if they have a similar program. I think chabbad also has a program like Partners in Torah and Jnet.org.
