Hello: I feel like many Achronim disagree with that Pri Megadim. And even so, that is by an Issur (D’Oraisa no less). Here the Issur is an issue of Sakanah. If you’ve removed the Sakanah, are you sure that even the Pri Megadim would say it’s not okay.
