phony, yes everybody knows about my kids. for my five year old daughter we went to her class and explained it to them and told the kids that she can do everything that they can do, and that she needs the pump for medicine. we also had to explain to them that she can’t eat everything and that they can’t share snacks. this made things a lot easier for her, so that she doesn’t have to try to keep everything a secret.Most people didn’t know that i had D till my kids got it (not because i specifically tried to keep it a secret). now its harder to keep it a quiet,bec. everyone wants to know where it came from
