Another highly reputed tefillin dealer to add to the list is Rabbi Shmuel Rosenfeld (Min HaSTam). He has a shop in Geula/Meah Shearim. He doesn’t sell online, but you can order his tefillin gassos online at Ben’s Tallit Shop, which is also based in Yerushalayim.
