A. jump on the table and SCREAM!!!
B. theres probably a place to get the picture online, try google.
C. call an exterminator.
D. Be extra careful to clean up crumbs and not to leave anything out where something can get into it. (that means away like in a cabinet)
E. If you want to avoid the problem again, get someone to close up all holes to the outside of the house or stuff them with steel wool or something.
You have my sympathy. I wish you lots of hatzlacha getting rid of it.
