Refoel Szmerla in Lakewood is a “baki” on all types of complementary/alternative healing and the specifics regarding the halachos and hashkofos of these healing modalities. When one understands that there is documented scientific basis to much of “healing” work of various kinds, then one can form an educated position and have an educated and informed discussion as to whether this would be helpful to a particular individual’s specific situation.
