Toi, I’m sorry, but I don’t think that comment is at all accurate. I have been fortunate to work for an American company that was set up specifically to employ American women in EY (and also America) in a respectable job that has the potential for good pay, depending on the skills of the woman and the amount of time she has available to work. I don’t see the jobs that are advertised on secular job boards advertising pay at much better wages.
