For some reason I dont think the OP is referring to Yom Haatzmaut, but rather the more notorious day of April 20th, which some seem to celebrate

BTW, I would say the same about a chareidi who wouldn’t give anything to a tzioini meshulach who cannot sing “B’derech Hatorah Neileich”.
