There are many Shuirim online but the issue is that the maggedi shurim dont read the Rashi inside anyone know of such a shuir?

why do you think the maggid shiur didnt learn rashi? perhaps what bothers you is that the maggid shiur isnt reading the rashi word for word as well? if you want such a shiur, join a 5th grade class in most boys yeshivas.

The second half of your statement didn’t look like it was addressing Meno as he didn’t say he was looking for a shiur and my presumption was that everything you said was directed at one person.
I’m not sure who else you might have been addressing.
I must be missing the peirush Rashi on this thread.

Rabbi Leff has an Amud Yomi shiur on his website. In addition to reading and explaining the Gemara, he also reads and translates Rashi.
son: If you learn the Gemara without Rashi (/any Peirush) then you’re probably learning the Gemara wrong. R’ Moshe says you cannot make a Siyum on learning Gemara without Rashi.
Sam2: I’m not against Rashi (or any other peirush), I simply think that it’s important to figure out how you might read a gemara before approaching rishonim, and to compare and contrast once you’ve seen whichever rishonim you might see to figure out “what did I read differently”.
