Iy”H my sister’s wedding is coming up soon, and my family is looking for an amazing makeup artist in Brooklyn who is reasonably priced. We also want to be sure that the makeup will stay for the whole event. Anyone has any experience with good makeup artists and would you be able to post their contact information?
It would also be helpful if anyone could recommend a good place to get hair done. Anyone had any experience with Adam’s? Or with any other place? Thanks in advance!!

Best makeup artist in the New York area is Aliza Itenberg. She also does excellent hair, and is very calm and helpful. She is willing to travel and can come with assistants for large parties. We use her every time, and love the results – she’s fabulous. Her number is 718-575-0662. Mazal Tov!

Best Makeup artist in Brooklyn is hands down Sarala Lieberman. We’ve made a few weddings and tried out many and we never looked or felt as great as when Sarala did our last wedding. Makeup lasts all night,she’s super talented and artistic. Pictures came out amazing too. Number is 917 608 7400. Good luck!
We have used Suri Taub (on Avenue N) for quite a few simchas and we were very happy with her. She is calm and reasonable and the make up looked great.

B’H, we have made 6 chasunahs in 5 years, 2 in the last 2 months. We have exclusively used Shani Nemetsky. She is trained at MUD, a world famous make-up school. In addition, she does a free consultation with the kallah. Amazingly, she is so calming to the Kallah, and the moms. I would not have an event without talking to Shani- 214-450-7585. Nanny, it has been a while since I used Suri Taub and I really do not remember how much she charged. I just know that we were really happy with her every time we used her. Did you try leaving a message?
^^^ yes I second shani nemetsky! She’s my friend but also has done my makeup for 2 chasunas and it was amazing! I wanted her for my wedding but she was in israel. I used another amazing person but she’s in monsey and does travel but she was a little pricey..

I must say that for all of the simchas in my family we have used Esther Levy and I must say that she is amazing!!!
Naomi Nakdimen is the best, we have used her for some of our simchos. When we couldn’t get her we used Ehster levy she is also tops she really listens to what u have to say of like what u want and she puts in her ideas together and it comes out amazing. and it lastsGood luck and Mazal tov.
