Still happens on the upper west side. Yet the number of singles keeps on growing in the uws. Gentiles have no problem meeting, yet more and more of them are staying single. So it’s hard to pinpoint anything as the issue.

City college is cheaper than Touro, but many have an issue with it. Regardless, having a degree is a much better way of getting a job than not having one. Not having a degree virtually guarantees you’ll be using the CR out of unemployed boredom instead of out of filling downtime at work.
I went to the Brooklyn College Starbucks today, but it was closed.
I do not know where the BC Starbucks is, and of course it’s closed – it’s THANKSGIVING Day!
Instead, I went to the one on 18th Ave.
Just a ? for Jothar on this thread. I’ve stayed completely out of the whole AYC business and stuff, but this thread smells of some poster(s) trying to get personal information out of people, particularly the first 2 or 3 posts, but you comment on the thread as if nothing is wrong with it. Am I reading something here that no one else sees?

Nechomah, you are seeing correctly. It has become clear from the recent threads that despite joseph/stalker’s’s best attempts (if not joseph it’s someone else), people have become wary of releasing their personal info. So I comment on it to change the conversation, give a different spin, etc.

OK, great, at least I’m not blind or stupid, but then why are these posters (at least the ones who are seemingly instigating the contact) not blocked from the CR? I do see what you are trying to do, but I would also hope that behind the scenes (and maybe in front of the curtain) the person is warned to stop instigating the contact, especially since this person started this thread. Maybe this thread should be closed/deleted already just because of this. For what purpose other than finding out details about people could this have been started?

Nechomah, the mods are human and get sick of playing whack-a-mole with every joseph fake sn. This is an unemployed guy who spends 18 hours a day on his computer instead of learning in a beis midrash or doing something productive. The easiest way is warn people of the consequences and let the chips fall where they may until the YWN owner decides to “clean house”. YWN owner has enough felony counts documented to put a stop to this.
I went to Brooklyn college. Should have gone to Cooper Union.
As an undergrad I went to Brooklyn College. So did Eeees. As a matter of fact, we took a number of courses together, both before and after marriage.

It doesn’t make a difference which poster is or is not a troll or phisher. As long as Joseph and other stalkers are out there, giving out ANY private info is a bad idea.
