how does one find real estate in yerushalyim, especially when its not in an anglo neighborhood

any help is greatly appreciated

Try Remax, or the Shea getter group. You can probably google them.

BTW, Belz and the nearby nofei shefa, ganei ge’ula, roimemima, rival ramat beit shemesh in terms of chutznikim.

Nof Eliyahu became very popular for young American couples. I would imagine it is totally sold out.

I would try Getter Group.

nofei eliyahu are 6 buildings of aprox 30 apartments each. the first three are in use for a while. the fourth is being moved into. im not sure numbers 5 and 6 are sold out
