How are you affected when you realize that it is almost Ellul?
I personally love Elul. I know that the New Year is coming when I hear the shofar being blown every morning.

Time to improve my friends. No more teasing each other in the CR!! It’s much worse than in real life cause you might never know the extremities of your actions through writing.. It’s really dangerous.. Even if you were to make a thread does everybody Mochel me in the cr, it might not nessesarily be seen by all those who you’ve hurt.
How did you feel when you heard the Shofar blown for the first time today? I got chills in my spine just listening to the power of the Shofar’s blast. It made me realize just how fast time is going by – we are almost into the New Year. I know that I must improve my behaviour and do teshuvah. I will certainly make an effort to wish everyone that I meet in the coming weeks a Shana Tova and I shall also tell them that if I have said or done anything to offend them, I am truly sorry. Now, I have set a high goal for myself and I hope that I can carry through with it. I know that hearing the Shofar almost daily will remind me of this goal.
