    Its because too many people are trying to access the website

    It could very well be someone is trying to Hack the Website with a denial of Serivice (DOS) Hack

    When someone sends lots of requests to a website overloading the system and dening the website to others

    Normally a website will have a faster connection to its database than to the rest of the internet. A DDoS will rarely force the website to lose its database connection.

    Probably people are trying to buy health care on the site, so it shuts down.

    Yep, it’s an error. Somehow, somewhere, the web page can’t establish a connection with some back-end database. Looks like it works if you just refresh the page.

    Perhaps some lucky hacker chanced upon the IP address of the database, if it is different. It could also be as zdad said, that there a lot of new visitors. While the hosting server can accommodate this the database engine might be less equipped. This has happened in the past.

    Still going on here in England! It’s definitely not because more people are accessing the site, Moor like a ddos or a server gone wrong
