Ari sounds suspiciously like a secret agent who has his minions do all his mundane life chores so that he can look good.

    Sorry if that’s a spoiler 🙂

It’s only an extremely talented writer that can have you so badly off track without even knowing it. Wait for the big twist! Good and Evil is just a point of view.

I bet you probably think the fence is really green, too. Ha!

Uh oh I just gave myself away!

Jax, I’m surprised, you never gave the impression of being around for so long. Personally, I’ve been thinking about writing a column called “I remember when Arnold Fine was in diapers”, but I don’t know if Mishpacha will go for it.

I once had friday night dinner at my husband’s friends house. Their parents were over and I was sure her father was Squeak.

He’s the right age bracket (I think) and had the same sense of humor. I’m so tempted to ask her if its her father…

No one has ever asked me IRL “Are you squeak” but I would give a truthful answer if asked.

SJS, it was not me. You more or less told me who you are a while back; enough that if we had met I would know it was you.

I’ll ask the next time I see him 🙂

One reason I was doubting it though was because bircat hachama came up and not much was mentioned that was discussed in the thread. But then again, that may have been a red herring…

ames, the team of YW CR Moderators are very concerned about your mental well-being. As such we will connect you to the Confidential Mental Health Hotline:

Welcome to the Confidential Mental Health Hotline

If you are obsessive-compulsive, press 1 repeatedly.

If you are co-dependant, ask someone to press 2 for you.

If you have multiple personalities, press 3,4,5 & 6.

If you are paranoid, we know who you are and what you want.

Stay on the line so we can trace your call.

If you are delusional, press 7, and your call will be transferred to the mother ship.

If you are schizophrenic, listen carefully and a small voice will tell you which number to press.

If you are manic-depressive, it doesn’t matter which number you press, no one will answer.

If you are dyslexic, press 96969696969696969696.

If you have a nervous disorder, please fidget with the hash key until a representative comes on the line.

If you have amnesia, press 8 and state you name, address, phone number, date of birth, social security number and your mother’s and grandmother’s maiden names.

If you have post-traumatic stress disorder, slowly and carefully press 000.

If you have bi-polar disorder, please leave a message after the beep or before the beep or after the beep. Please wait for the beep.

If you have short term memory loss, please try your call again later.

If you have low self-esteem, please hang up. All of our operators are far too busy to talk to you.

“mod39, I’m not sure if I should be highly insulted or highly flattered that you took the time to write such a long post just for me.”

That was an email circulating around the time when the dead sea was really really ill…

GoldieLoxx: Are you really the character out the book??? The hash key is this #…by the way I also always forget so I came up with this simple solution- there are only two other keys on a phone one is star and the other is hash…we both know which is the star * one…so the other one is hash!!! Quite a stroke of genius if I may say so myself!
