Please share your favorite flourless food recipes!

Alternatives to typical chagim foods are a major plus – but all welcome 🙂

    Thank you 🙂

Cheese blintzes can be made using corn starch or potato starch in place of flour (the rest of the recipe stays the same).

    Do you mean wheat flour?

Salmon has no flour. Neither does chicken, roast beef, eggs or tuna fish. What exactly are you looking for?

    for example…

    Flourless banana pancakes are amazing

Until reading a recipe, I never imagined a mixture of bananas and eggs with spices being so delicious

Wondering what else can be made without flour

    Use potato starch instead.

Double chocolate quinoa brownies. I chose almond extract for flavor. Surprisingly good! (Don’t over-bake it, the toothpick will always be chocolatey… A bit tricky there.)

Mammele: Thank you Mammele! What kind of quinoa do you use (cooked, flour, whole dried…)?

    Sounds yummy!

go into any whole foods or trader joes or any healthfood store (probably a decent sized grocery store too). MANY alternate “flours” to traditional flour. potato, corn, almond, brown rice, oat, spelt, rye, soy, chickpea and many more

    Cooked.
To be honest I only made it once so far, and I never follow recipes to a tee… But it still came out great.
