Define your understanding of what a Gemora Kup is and advise how many Gemora Kups you know.

January 18, 2017 11:45 pm at 11:45 pm #1209731LanderTalmidParticipantI know three and I’m one of them
January 19, 2017 12:07 am at 12:07 am #1209732Lilmod UlelamaidParticipantWho are other two? Me and Joseph?
January 19, 2017 12:46 am at 12:46 am #1209733DikDukDuckParticipantThere is a nice children’s book series about a boy called Gemara Kup.
January 19, 2017 3:53 am at 3:53 am #1209734Lilmod UlelamaidParticipantI was guessing that’s who Yisroel Dovid Finkelstein is.
I think there might be a girls’ version too, but I forgot what it’s called.
January 19, 2017 5:11 am at 5:11 am #1209735LightbriteParticipantLU: Yes of course. No question about it 🙂
January 19, 2017 9:20 am at 9:20 am #1209736takahmamashParticipantSheesh, I thought this was about a new drinking game.
January 19, 2017 11:07 pm at 11:07 pm #1209737☢️ Rand0m3x 🎲ParticipantIt’s called Malky, the Girl Who Got Put in Cheirem (kidding).
If you’re thinking of Devora Doresh or Leah Lamdan, neither
of those series asked the reader to solve the mystery.
January 20, 2017 4:22 am at 4:22 am #1209738Lilmod UlelamaidParticipantRandomex – I think I was thinking of Devora Doresh. However, I’m not familiar enough with any of these books to be able to compare Devora Doresh to Gemarakup. I had no idea that in one the readers are asked to solve the mystery, and not in the other.
I guess that Gemarakup is more similar to Encyclopedia Brown, which I am familiar with, since unlike the others, it was around in my childhood.
