“And the sefarim of the past hundred years are chopped liver that made things up??”

They are not chopped liver. I was merely pointing out that something which is so obviously gezeila should have been mentioned somewhere in the gemara, Rambam, Tur, or Shulchan Aruch, yet we find that it isn’t.

Your offer is accepted, except that I was not going to duel. As shein indicated, I am not offering any resistance.

Which of the misos beis din shall we implement?

I don’t think it has to be one of the misos bais din, since it’s not a judicial execution. Nonetheless, I ask you to choose one that is not painful, but I leave the ultimate choice up to you.

Is it a choice? Is it not prescribed specifically?

I will not do that. I will not kill anyone, even if halacha allows me to. If you want to regard that as a further sign of my wickedness, so be it.

when killing a moser not by beis din, any form of killing is acceptable as long as it’s not barbaric or unusually cruel.

Wouldn’t you do it to protect your family (if the situation arose)?

Good question. I don’t know. It doesn’t matter here, as I’m not bringing my family to this.

We need two witnesses that the killing is excecuted al pi halacha

What constitutes that the killing is executed al pi halacha? And how will the two witnesses insure that?

What about when halacha mandates it? You would be a pacifist in the war vs amalek yimachshemam? What about if you saw a rodef about to kill someone (not like me about to kill wolf – that’s a mitzvah d’oraisa)?

Your family would suffer immeasurably if c”v something happened to you.

All kidding aside, is the duel taking place? And if it is Wolf needs a second. I’m already Klach’s second. Maybe I could be both. It would be interesting attempting to duel myself.

Why would you be chayiv misa? The killing itself was justifiable. Only the method was not.
