What’s a good brand of pasta sauce without any pieces inside

When I was a kid I hated pieces in my pasta sauce. The only brand I would eat was Pathmark brand. Even Shoprite brand had too many pieces.

Don Pepino, Trader Joes, Francesco Rinaldi and Barilla.

    Consider Newman’s Own for marinara.

Meno: ShopRite’s Marinara must have changed it’s recipe. I rarely find any pieces in it.

    iacisrmma,

It’s possible, I haven’t had it in a long time. Though I was very picky about that kind of thing when I was a kid. It was just little pieces of onion, no real chunks.

Did you try any canned sauce? Thats usually pretty thin with no large pieces.

Not really. I’ve only tried the ones in jars. Do you know any good canned ones?

I don’t use it that often but I find that most of them are a similar thin tomato sauce. I used to like Hunts but I haven’t tried it in a while.

The canned sauce is usually just tomatoes with not much spice added to it. You have to add stuff to it.
