    Chochma Bagoyim Taamin,
But many self help books are riddled with content that’s inappropriate for a frum yid.
Can you recommend a really useful book in the areas of psychology, parenting, marketing, health & wellness, teaching, public speaking, neuroplasticity, or on any other life enhancing subject. It should be appropriate for a frum person to read.
    Thank you.

Unfortunatly many of those books are not welcome in some frum communities 1984 contains Prizus for example and Hucklberry finn contains Nivel Peh.

I am going to quote Rav Aharon Lichtenstein when asked if one should read secular books and his answer was “QUICKLY”
