Please provide your suggestion how to encourage increased Torah learning amongst acheinu bnei yisroel. This can consist of suggestions how to increase the ranks of our Kollelim (by encouraging yungermans to go to Kollel), Shiurim participation, Daf Yomi, chavrusa groups, etc.
All suggestions towards this noble goal are highly appreciated!
I suggest everyone on YW learns one hour extra on every day they go on line. Or do it minute for minute, each minute on line means another minute learning.

That would mean I would have to learn close to 12 hours a day.

So you have a choice two out of three work, online or learn! Better ask daas Torah which two you should do.
one way to increase the amount of learning is that when two chavrusas begin a seder or a rebbe begins a shiur they should set a goal that a for a certain amount of time they wont batel and every now and then they should increase their goal till that have a seder/shiur with a very small amount of batala and much more torah being learnt.

Derech Eretz kodma l’Torah.
How can we increase the amount of Derech Eretz people have towards their fellow Jews?
Get an IPod and fill it up with shiurim. There are all kinds of shiurim and lectures available for download, from the Daf to Halacha to Hashkafa. You name it. Then listen to it while you’re on the treadmill, or whatever.
Yissoschor/Zevulin partnership. Give tzedukah to a Kollel to support Torah learning, and it is like you learnt the Torah yourself.
