We all want to improve during the yemei Harotzon but often do not follow through, how were you successful keeping your commitment?

depending on what each persons kaballah was some are harder then others, so until you let us know what level or kind of kaballah your holding on even if we do tell you how it will not help you stay %100 on track of your kabbala which can be a much harder one.

i.e. its a very easy kaballa to pick from midnight for a half hour to never talk loshon hara when there’s almost no one to call or speak to besides your spouse at the late hour versus same kabballa but at 12:00pm for a half hour or a different kaballah in the middle of the day

My friend told me that he heard (bshem r yisroel salanter?) that when youre gonna make a kaballah, cut it in half and then cut it in half again.

Think this year i messed up pretty quickly (better than last year’s tzom gdalya.) Bh this year i also learnt that yiridos are part of the process and happen to everyone. Then i learnt how powerful it is to cry out for help from above. Bh been going strong with the kaballah now

Well since my kabbalah was to stop posting in the CR, how do you think I did? (j/k).
