Pssh, Jean would knock the helmet off with her telekinesis! So she wins :P. But sure, feel free to argue all night =)
Yeah, well why didn’t she do that to the Juggernaut (in TAS)? *busted* Anyway, before she could even get the chance, Rogue would drain her life force and karate chop her into oblivion and blast her with optical lasers and…
You know, I always wondered why Jean was never able to lift Magneto or Juggernaut’s helmets. That’s a HUGE plot hole. When I write my superheroes, I try not to give ’em any limitations. So assuming Jean could lift helmets using her telekinesis, she’d lift Rogue’s helmet and hurl her back before Rogue could touch her skin =)
I win 😛
Well, I could never figure out why Rogue couldn’t control her power. Obviously, they had to do that to make the story believable, but I never got how it fit into cannon. So MY Rogue would be able to assimilate and retain all and any abilites at will (WITHOUT the pesky memories), so she’d ALSO be a telepath who could combat Jean. And everything else, of course.
But apart from abilities, you have to admit that Rogue is sooo much cooler. Jean is just so perfect and bland.
Your Rogue sounds awesome. Yeah, everyone hates Jean because she’s so perfect. My Jean would be dorky and much stronger and not so perfect 😛
Well, my Rogue would STILL pwn your Jean.
I picked up that habit from the geese in Charlottes Web. It’s like bird flu.
