Reports are circulating that the Israeli spy agency the Mossad was involved in the explosion at the nuclear plant in Iran…. The explosion resulted in several death including a high ranking Iraninaian Military official.
From a purely halachick standpoint is it justifiable to launch a strike resulting in death? In order to push back the development of Nuclear weapons by a government who preaches the destruction of Israel, which would result in the death to thousands of Jews….

In addition a strike on shabbos that can prevent the launching of nuclear weapons aimed squarley at Israel, thus preventing the death of thousands of Jews can be argued as a case of pikuach neffesh and thus MAY be permitted on shabbos…not saying it is permitted, just it MAY be…
The question I posed was is it justified to kill in order to prevent the possibility of a nuclear attack??
But thanks, give my regards to Mahmoud Ahmadinejad next time you visit.
