The reason why you can never answer this question is because he never actually moderates at the exact same instant that he posts. So when he is posting he is not moderating, and when he is moderating he is not posting. It is like Bein Hashmoshos D’Rebbe Yossi kheref ayin. Zeh nichanas vzeh ba and it is like the blink of an eye. You will never catch him in the act.

Pashuteh Yid, that doesn’t make sense unless he makes a POINT of doing that. because if he really wants his post to go up he would switch user names in the middle.
