Will wearing kutshmas / flat hats in the weekday ever become mainstream? It’ll make life a lot easier. Rebishe Einiklech can were fur ones. Modern people can opt for leather one’s. Chasidim will stick to the regular old Kutshma “fin Der heim”. It’ll make life easier. Can be kept in your pocket. Will be rain proof. And affordable. Can even be sold by the “mikvah yid”. Anyone in?
(No. I don’t wear a Kutshma.. yet..)
Straw hats are better because you can feed them to your goat in a pinch.
Flat hats are fine with me. But I draw the line at “pork pie” hats, even though they contain no actual pork.
