I think everyone is a lamud vov tzadik, so I was wondering what the concept of lamud vov tzadik is
There are only 36 of them and their identities are a secret.

You don’t become a lammud vovnik overnight. As your tzidkus grows, you grow into a bigger tzadik. When a lammud vovnik is niftar another tzadik reaches the madreiga of becoming a lammud vovnik. And the new lammud vovnik wasn’t a well known tzadik in the first place.

Since nobody knows who the Lamedvavniks are, not even themselves, every Yid must live his/her life as if he or she might be one of them. For all we know, one of the regular CR posters could be one of these big tzadikim and live their life and die as an ordinary person to have their place taken by another poster.

What is the source of the 36 ?
I assume these are the 36 top tzadikim ? However there are many more tzadikim? Or is everyone else a beinoni / rasha?
Is there also a count for woman , can they be part of the 36 ?
How about kids before bar mitzva?-“ what if he is doing an aveirah at that time “ well tzadikim other than Moshe rabeinu will probably do have some aveirohs..
I would be surprised if some of the 36 never even learned and just did the best that they knew with chesed etc
The Gemara in Sanhedrin, Perek Chelek that mentions the 36 Tzadikim doesn’t say that they are hidden.
Does the anonymity of a screen name in the CR qualify for the “hidden” status?
To Little I Know: As noted above, a lamodvovnik could be just A POISHiTE YID. Can you imagine someone like that lurking here in the CR hiding behind the anyonymity of a screen name??? The thought of that possibility sends a tingle up my screensaver…..
