Living in two countries

It’s like having one foot out the door.

Sure you can live in winter, that is what air conditioners are for.

Lengthen the night psychologically.

Other important elements. A new language could always be learnt.

Of course it can be done. Have two houses, one in the Northern Hemisphere and one in the Southern Hemisphere.

Alaska or Siberia are two nice locations to consider.

RebYidd23, “one foot out the door” can mean that by living in two places, you may not have full roots or a heart in either, since you technically aren’t committing to one location, one home. It’s possible.

Can you find a place that’s winter-like all year round where you’ll be happy, have room for personal growth, and where you can build a livelihood?

For the record, it was hard for me to live in a place with any winter. Physiologically, I do better in a place that’s more like summer 24/7 365. Maybe I can relate.

There are pros and cons where ever one lives.

Caves are cool all year round and you won’t get sunburned. mosquitos there might be so bring one of those nets that people put around their tents.
Another plus about a cave is that you don’t have to pay any kind of taxes to the city.

You are right. You really have a problem then.
If your problem is what the season is called then just change the name of all the seasons to winter.

I went to England once, and it was def rainy and chilly!

I remember being in awe of the British people going about their lives in the rain, strolling down the streets without umbrellas too.
